Who We Are.
Incorporated on June 6, 1960, The Covered Bridge Swim Club is a neighborhood owned and operated club located in the residential community of Barclay Farm.
We are less than a mile from the intersection of Covered Bridge Road and Rt. 70.
We have over 200 member families that take advantage of our fantastic facilities and are involved in the many activities at our club.
Our club has a laid back family atmosphere with fun for everyone.
Whether you are an 8+ child household or a single adult, CBSC has just what you need to relax and enjoy your summer.
We invite you to come join our family and check out our facilities.

CBSC Pool Management Position Open

Wanted: CBSC Pool Manager for the 2012 summer swim season.
Covered Bridge Swim Club is a currently seeking a full time, seasonal candidate for the position of Pool Co-Manager or Assistant Manager for the
2012 season. The position may be filled as either a Co-Manager or Assistant Manager based on candidates qualifications and experience. The Pool Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall, organization, maintenance, and well being of the pool facilities, staff, and membership.
Qualifications include:
Knowledge of swimming pool operations, including maintenance and safety.
Lifeguard Training with CPR/FPR and/or First Aid Instructor Certificate required.
Certified Pool Operator (preferred):
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the daily operations and functions of the pool.
Maintain water quality and filtration system through the summer season.
Lifeguard supervision.
Maintain pool grounds.

CBSC Advertising Directory (New 03/24/2012)
Fellow CBSC Members,
As we all work our way through these difficult economic times the CBSC Board has been exploring opportunities to help our club generate added revenue to help fund Capital Improvement Projects while making a conscious decision to NOT impose any 'Assessments' to accomplish that goal. Our 50+ year old facility is always in need of some face lifts and improvements to ensure our members continue to enjoy a safe environment while also improving our facility to attract new members.
With that said, we hope you will fully support one of our newest fundraising projects - The CBSC Advertising Directory.
This project gives you the opportunity to advertise:

* A Business you work for
* Businesses you frequent
* Family Ads - Congratulating a swimmer, diver, graduate, special occasion
This ad book will be published by June 1st and will be available in hard copy, posted to our web site and emailed to our membership. It will also be made available to visiting clubs during swim/dive meets.

CBSC Has a New Swim Team Coach! (New 02/12/2012)
Dear Croc Families,
We are very happy to announce that Jessie Burnett will be our New Head Swim coach for the 2012 season.
Jessie has been a member of the swim club for over 20 years and joined the swim team when she was seven.
She was the assistant coach of the team for the past seven years.
Jessie swam for Rutgers D1 swim team and presently coaches for Pheasant Run winter swimming.
We are still searching for an assistant coach and swimmer assistants.
If anyone from the club is interested or may know someone who would like to apply for the positions please forward the resumes to me at mmselang@verizon.net.
