Some members have reported problems using older versions of Netscape. Namely, the page is blank and all white. If you experience this problem, please consider updating your Netscape browser to version 6.2. or using the latest version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

I will investigate a solution for older versions, but I can not guarantee one will be found. I upgraded to version 6.2 and the problem was solved.
The membership info page can be veiwed here and should be viewable with any browser.
