Swimmers and Divers must complete a waiver form.

Dive Insurance Instructions.
All divers must be insured with AAU sports prior to beginning practice.
You must present a copy of your membership card to the Dive Rep or Coach prior to practicing, no exceptions. To register on-line with AAU,
parents, please follow the following steps.
1.  Log on to www.aausports.org.
2.  Click on “Join AAU”
3.  Click on “Athlete Membership”
4.  Click on “Register”
5.  Create user account
6.  Click "Athlete Membership"
7.  Enter your child’s information
8.  For program, select “youth program”
9.  For membership term, select “Membership expires August 31, 2011,
    extended coverage membership $14.00
10. For sport, select “diving”
11. For code, enter XTA7TB
12. Complete the process and Print out ID card.
13. Submit ID card to the Coach on the first day you come to practice.
